Discussion about 60 East 55th Street in Midtown
Hi, I heard the Core Club is leaving the building in favor of 711 fifth Avenue. Anyone knows how this is going to affect the carrying costs in the building? Also, what do you think about apartment values now that the building will effectively have no amenities?
