Using Streeteasy

I'm in the market to buy a tiny studio apt and am liking the coops I like on Streeteasy. Unfortunately, I'm getting both rental and sales announcements for those buildings. Any way to set a filter in Streeteasy so I only get sales info? Thanks in advance.

Just go to the Buy tab and then do an advanced search for size and price range.

@pinecone For a general search, yes. I'm thinking about settings for alerts. If I 'like' a coop, I don't see how to set it so it only sends me sales from that bldg
