Square footage changed

Discussion about 153 Manhattan Avenue #PHB
When this unit previously sold, it was listed as 1,000 square feet. This time, the square footage has somehow increased to 1,400. I'm guessing the real estate "professional" decided to include the outdoor space in the totals.

I think StreetEasy really needs to get an additional field : “outdoor square footage”.
