How much to get an Alt 2 filing?

Just wondering how much it costs on average to get an architect to approve a non-load-bearing-wall removal? I imagine they have their labor fee plus city fee, etc. But I don't know just how many other fees there are!

Filing fees are a function of work cost. Look up the fee schedule in the administrative code.

Depends on the architect.

You probably can find one for 7-9k
