Crazy high maintenance. I guess "Resident Manager, full-time doorman & handyman" for a 30 units building explains it. What does the Resident Manager do all day in a 30 unit building?

@ 300: Reside?

Nice unit, but I hate having a DR in the entry hallway. Also a lot line window in the MBR (though likelihood of losing the view is low, as I believe this is protected neighborhood. Needs reno, probably $600k worth (new everything), and that maintenance will never go down. 6a, better condition (if you like that style), similarly high maint, went for 1.3m, so ask of 875, maybe even 900k, may not be unreasonable. It's a 50% financing building, so per the other thread, apply your anticipated discount.

Ha. Reside!!

I think these are kind of unrenovated apartment a which have trouble selling. The seller will be better off doing basic clean as in put a new kitchen and baths without reconfiguring.

I thought the floor plan is very economical to have with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a dining foyer, and a living room under the constraints of about 1000 square feet. I don't see wasted space here.
