Anyone that live or lived there mind to provide some thoughts on the building? Board strategy of 13 years of assessments out of the last 21 years because the focus is on keeping common charge per square foot low. Recent local law 11 expense and other future upgrades, and another common area amenity build next door. Lots to not like with what's been going on, but trying to figure out if the price/value makes sense here. Any thoughts are much appreciated!

The reality is every 5 years Local Law 11 will bring on inspection, and being brick building , most probably issues with lintles, bricks, grout , etc.
Pass on the expenses is the easiest way forward
