Discussion about 67 Liberty Street in Financial District
How safe is this building area? There is no doorman for this building. What do the monthly common charges cover?

Is this a serious question? You have 3 different flavors of rifle-toting Federales within a block, a dedicated NYPD command center around the corner, and some of the heaviest foot traffic in North America.

Like any street, there are trashy people who try to trash it, but the Downtown Alliance guys clean it up early each morning.
