Discussion about 55 Liberty Street #21D
The listed maintenance of less than $1,600 can’t be right, I don’t think anything in this building is under $2,500. Unless the seller is giving a credit of more than $1K per month and the broker forgot to mention it?

You're probably right: 55 Liberty is definitely not a low-maintenance building. But the share allocations are weird (see e.g. combo units that are similar to non-combos). May as well ask?
