Disgusting building with Sanitation issues

Discussion about 146 Tenth Avenue in West Chelsea
This building is the worst in the entire neighborhood. They have consistent sanitation issues, trash overflowing in the street and loose food items, which has led to a rodent infestation. I can’t even walk on the sidewalk outside the building because it’s either covered in garbage or overrun by mice (dead or alive). Seems like there’s no landlord on premise. Have filed multiple complaints with the sanitation dept. and will be pursuing legal action. - Neighbor on W 19th
