Discussion about BRiQ at 237 Duffield Street in Downtown Brooklyn
DO NOT rent in this building if you value things like working elevators or hot water. The most basic utilities are constantly out and the building doesn't ever communicate about the issues and doesn't appear to be taking any steps to solve them. The building is a disaster and isn't worth it at any price.
