Discussion about 345 East 57th Street in Sutton Place
This looks like a lovely building. Can anyone share the $s requirements the board looks for (xx liquidity after close, x.x net worth of the purchase price, etc)? Also, any knowledge on major systems upgrades/replacements that have happened recently (boiler, elevators, water/gas risers)? Many thanks.
