Discussion about 341 Fenimore Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens
These places have been in contract since April 2022, and it's almost January 2023. What's going on??

Yes, they say they are waiting on DOB for a TCO application but they have not even filed for approval. Would be happy to chat further.
