Discussion about 16 Monroe Place in Brooklyn Heights
Very prominent (Compass) signage saying condos for sale. I know StreetEasy is only pretty good when it comes to accuracy & currency, but the "nothing to see here" message has me s.m.h.

Since it's free advertising brokers/developers they tend to put up signage in advance of actually being ready to sell thinking there's going to be a waiting list of eager buyers when they get their ducks in a row.
