Why the listing was listed in contract so fast

Hi guys. We had been working on a deal off market for 2 months and so the listing as signed seems immediate but it was going in the background. If you’d like to see another 3 bed condo in LIC please contact me

What *I'd* like to see is you not spamming the same message a dozen times. It's an LIC condo, not the second coming.

It probably wasn't intentional. If the OP ever comes back maybe inonada can ask his question about teams from a top producer.

Well, with 19 sales going to contract so fast in a single day, they’re clearly not experiencing a slowdown.
