Pet friendly or not?

I think we bought a 2 BR in there for $12,000 once, but it was a long time ago sorry remember nothing about pet policies and they certainly could have changed a lot since then.

This is something you should be asking your Real Estate professionals (broker, attorney, etc) rather than trusting what's on the internet.

I would hope you'd be doing some research into the history of the Coop.

The reason I say that is (and please correct me if I'm making incorrect assumptions):
From your question it appears that you look at these properties like they are one project with one set of co-op documents / rules. And the way the marketing is presented I would think that would be easy to assume. However it's not the case: They are all totally different and as far as I know all had their own issues. And the issues weren't minor.

Also be aware that on occasion in the past Holders of Unsold Shares have sold units in good faith to end users who were given certain assurances about rights they had and then when the Coop Board was no longer controlled by them those were stripped away. And as a single unit owner that's not a fight you want to get into.
