The traffic around there has gotten to be rather insane.

Also realize that is a NYCHA project directly across College Point Blvd

A plus is all the excellent Asian restaurants, markets, etc within a few blocks as a result of Flushing surpassing Manhattan Chinatown after the FDR exit got closed post 9/11. You can even find Asian streetwalkers for $60 on 40th Rd West of Main Street.

As far as projects go, that is one of the better ones.
