This unit has severe noise issues. You will hear your neighbors as if they were in the room with you. You will hear them fight, laugh, cough, and other noises… Construction in this area is overnight because of rock center. Good luck sleeping here! Appliances are the original ones, yes over 15 years old. There is much better inventory. Also this building does short term rentals and therefore the lobby feels more like a hotel than residential condo. Strangers in and out, suitcases being opened in the lobby.
