Discussion about 2586 Broadway in Upper West Side
No hot water in the winter at this building. And the incompetent super does not like to make repairs. On top of that, the greedy Landlord will try to raise your rent by 30% or more after your first lease expires. Live elsewhere if you can..

Aw man, I agree. This place is the worst nightmare.

I got brown water all day today. There was no warning of pipe repair but here again, I had to shower in brown water. Gross. About a week ago, I had no running water so couldn't even go to the bathroom all day. Can't wait to move out!

hello! I am looking to rent in this building. does any of you still live in that building? we are a family of three moving from our currently building mostly because our landlord is awful. I would not want to run to the same situation. thanks in advance!
