alanhart, lincoln park is a lot nicer than soho or any downtown neighborhood for that matter. but since you've never been there, you wouldn't know.

Does anyone know what percentage of apts are in contract at Soho Mews? I know it says 26 on Street Easy, that could be wrong...

Its kind of funny that a sponsor thought his best strategy to maximize proceeds was to sell slowly over time - typical supply side view of the market, and it works, except that with the benefit of time, we get markets like today, and then the whole strategy is f''d.

Ads say closings from January 2--has anyone closed? The building only shows 25 out of 69 units in contract with prices at $2000/sf. Just wondering if people will close.

Looks like the developer recently listed five 2 BRs for rent. Probably more to come.
