I would suggest clearing the computer area.. looks too cluttered. Try to keep things to the bare minimal to maximize the space.. loose some bookcases and shelves. You don't want to remind buyers that the space is small

Reasonably priced for what it is, vis-a-vis rentals.
That said, give it 6 months.

bugelrex is dead-on. Better staging needed. Also, a photography HINT: when using a wide-angle lens, you have to keep it level so as to minimize distortion and avoid the feeling that the walls are caving in; point it straight ahead--not angled down or up or you get a fun-house look. Nice Toto toilet.

I'm waiting for studios with alcove to drop to $350k...I've given up on having a "real" one bedroom. Does anyone think in a year an alcove studio will average $350k that's what they were in '03 even lower than $350k.
Was "www.studio.com" taken?
lol - ita. I have to put in 3 br to look for a 2 br or else all I get is convertable 2 - AKA - 1 BR
"Private bedroom area" my left butt-cheek. A studio'll always be a studio no matter how you try to spin it.
Jerkstore's right on the money here. Ain't foolin' no one, pal!
And the wide-angle lens isn't doing you any favors either.
Price reduced to $429K.

160 WEA #18L is asking $375k. The rest are creeping under 400k. A few months ago, they were virtually all asking above 400k.
