how does it clutter up the board? You don't see any of the contents until you open it up....

second, I actually hate having to click off, especially when a thread gets long...

Where's the surprise? -- office workers get cut, office space for office workers gets cut.

PS -- Cracker Boy, add something unremarkably stupid and completely predictable to this thread, or post a psychotic "new" thread in direct reaction to this. You will anyway, so you might as well be directed so to do.

An early post.

Though I still agree with it - owner-occupied residential real estate is not an "investment." It is capitalized rent.

Steve: "Who's "cracker boy"?"
--> Cracker Boy is still Cracker Boy; not you, not nyc10022

stevejhx: An early post.

Wow, a disavowal of one of your finest pieces of work! Impressive, even you've gotten some sense of humility. Honestly though, lately SE has gotten more crazies than the past fanatics, such as the mitch2 and w67st and rufus and admiral posters. Oh, and the people who ptrfitz pretends he is! :) sorry ptrfitz.

I can't think of any more clutter than the steve repeating himself on the rent to buy ratios...
