Discussion about Ansonia Hotel at 2109 Broadway in Upper West Side
anyone have any scoop on this building.. there seems to be a lot of rental listings.. all of which seem reasonable?

I don't have a scoop on the building, but that 2BR, 1 Bath on the top floor is only available for a year. The owner is combining it with the adjacent apartment next year (in theory.)
I heard the apt needs some work (but he won't do it, since he's gonna combine them.)

thanks for the feedback... new to searching out rentals on the upperwest maybe it's worth checking out the building.. the 2bdrm won't work but there are others ..
