Discussion about
No-Condo.com attorneys claim they are experts in getting purchasers out of their condo contracts. Does anyone have an experience using them? http://www.no-condo.com

No-condo.com attorneys only take cases on a contingency basis. If you believe you have purchased a condominium within the past three years and want to get your condo deposit back No-Condo.com attorneys will review your claim completely free of charge. No fee is collected until the actual condo deposit is return to the purchaser.

For more information please contact us at contact@no-condo.com, 1-877-964-1964, or http://www.no-condo.com.

Interesting how "nocondo" all of a sudden jumps into the thread. Hmm, anyone think fredric12 and nocondo are the same person?

Oh, and if that post by Fredric12 was really made by you nocondo, you are one sleazeball dirtbag attorney because you just violated at least 3 ethics rules and I will be more than glad to report your sorry spamming a$$ to the NY State Bar Association.

Alpine - I can assure you that frederic12 is not nocondo. This thread was found by typing no-condo.com into Google and we replied to clarify our services:

My firm is in Washington DC and we have done some advisory work for No-Condo.com. We are monitoring commentary and their web team told me about this site. Our firm is not doing work in NY, but No-Condo.com is using a highly reputable NY law firm to pursue cases in NY. They show up on the No-Condo.com website - www.no-condo.com. Our firm specializes in the laws that these firms are using to get people out of their contracts and you often can get out depending upon the number of units in the building and when you purchased. It is my understanding that the firms that work with No-Condo do so on a contingency fee basis. No one seems to be very fond of attorneys, including me - and I am one. However, my thought is that getting back something instead of nothing is a good thing. Good luck with these issues!

Would you rather give no-condo a % of your deposit and keep a % for yourself or let the developer keep it all? I don't understand the bitterness towards lawyers that will help people get some of their down payment money back. Can someone explain?

Well, thank goodness we know know when the bottom will be. If secondandc has posted several times that it will be in 2012, then it will be in 2012. Screw all of the economists who are predicting the bottom to be in 2009-2010.
