First, you ALWAYS have a house delivered vacant at closing and you ALWAYS do a walk through. Your attorney should have advised you of this. Many people won't even do a leaseback to sellers for fear that they will never up and leave.

You are now the defacto landlord. You need to take them to housing court to evict them. This can take 6 months to a year. Good luck.

This is poster #2. I hope that no one takes offense by my question. Sometimes I write without thinking. For the record, ome of my best friends are Negroes, and I have even once been to Harlem. Anyway, if you had bought in the Maison East, you would not have this situation.

If yould tell us what area you are in, and what your native tongue is (assuming you prefer a lawyer who speaks your native language as well), perhaps someone will have a suggestion.

You must see a lawer right away. Even with a lawer be prepared to be in court for six months before you get them out. But you must see a lawyer as soon as possible.

Can you write a coherent sentence? Maybe since you can't put together a coherent sentence, you can understand a coherent sentence like... "The tenants will not move out after the closing."

It seems that this person is an immigrant. How would we do in their homeland & language. Is there a legal recourse with the seller? I am thinking, though, that there may not have been too many professionals involved in this or we would not have this situation. > Sir, you need a lawyer as soon as possible!
