Building: Lifesaver Lofts

120 Eleventh Avenue, New York, NY, 10011
9 units7 storiesBuilt in 1910

Building Description

The Lifesaver Lofts and Penthouses evolved from the complete restoration of the handsome industrial building where the Mint Products Company manufactured Life Saver mints from 1913 to 1916. Puissance Enterprises developed the space to create exquisite lofts and two ultra contemporary penthouses with exceptional outdoor space and incredible views of the city and river.

The Lofts, from 3,313 to 4,017 SF, feature original solid wood flooring, cast-iron columns and exposed brick walls. New, luxurious, contemporary amenities, such as large quiet industrial windows, top of the line kitchens and spa bathrooms couple seamlessly with the historic elements.

The Penthouses, each over 6,500 SF with over 1,700 SF of outdoor space, are extremely rare, dynamic and sophisticated, exceptionally dramatic contemporary homes built atop the Lifesaver Lofts. The Steel and glass structure is reminiscent of a modern art museum. The living rooms, with their dramatic 20 foot ceilings and expansive walls of glass, overlook 20-mile vistas of Manhattan and beyond. The adjacent outdoor spaces of over 1750 SF are complete with private grass lawns and stone decking.

Located at the crossroads of the High Line, Meatpacking, and the Chelsea art district. Steps to Chelsea Piers, Hudson River Park, the city’s top restaurants, and Chelsea Market. West Chelsea is filled with vibrant personality, culture and class, art and amenities. Trendy and tasteful, it is the ultimate collage of city life.
