Sheldon Good & Company, A Racebrook Portfolio Company and America’s leading real estate auctioneer, will auction 22 luxury condominium homes and 4 penthouses in the now-completed, seven-story New Amsterdam Condominium building, which is centrally located in the heart of historic Washington Heights; just a short commute from Midtown and Downtown Manhattan.
