just a suggestion....maybe if u lower the price to a more realistic $$, it would sell? U really think that a kinda outdated loft in BK is worht $1000/sf

Tina I agree with Jake, whats creepy about saying its crazy for this building or unit to ask $1K sq.ft.??? I would take Manhattan over this building at those price points...

PS - Its essentially a 1 bedroom....Crazy asking $1.35!!
