Why no floor plan? looks cramped, definitely a lot less than 1,000sf (or at least that's what it looks like)

My wife and I checked this building out during the construction phase. We thought that the tub in the shower was kind of strange.

Assuming the measurements in the floor plan are correct, 1100 seems about right (including 1/2 the walls). Floor plan is easy enough to look up:
