Jeff Bua

Jeff Bua is a founding member of the RMJ Home Team and a distinguished member of the Real Estate Board of New York. With a successful real estate career spanning over 35 years, Jeff has sold properties throughout Manhattan, from Battery Park City to Washington Heights and Harlem. As a seasoned professional, he has navigated market fluctuations, recessions, and booms, consistently maintaining his status as a top performer.

Renowned for his discretion and exceptional negotiating skills, Jeff has cultivated a loyal clientele and a strong referral base. His meticulous attention to detail has earned him a reputation as a well-respected and highly motivated broker. A lifelong New Yorker and former Sutton Co-op Board member, Jeff currently resides in Carnegie Hill. He has been featured in The New York Times and various trade publications. An avid runner, Jeff has completed ten full marathons since 2011, including three in 2023: Lake Placid, NYC, and Philly - NYC once again in 2024. He is also an Ultramarathoner (60K), a multiple NYC Triathlon finisher, and has competed in the Harlem and East Rivers. In 2018, Jeff co-founded and co-manages Compass's first co-ed corporate softball team, the "Compass Crushers," which has reached the playoffs every season since its inception. They are eagerly anticipating another championship run in 2025. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys reading, attending live concerts and exploring his extensive collection of vintage mint LPs.
