"Think Win/Win" has always been Lori Press' philosophy of success as a broker. With over 40 years of experience working with clients and customers, managing offices and selling wonderful properties, this veteran Manhattan real estate professional truly does have a flair for negotiating that creates win-win transactions for all.

Lori has built her lifelong real estate career on her outstanding experience, results and reputation. She began in the business as a rental agent, then garnered coveted awards as a residential sales specialist before advancing into management roles that included Manager/Vice President of Relocation, Sales Director, Managing Director, and Director of Broker Specialist Relations at another prominent NYC brokerage house.

Lori transitioned back into marketing and selling luxury cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses to utilize her extensive expertise, and directly benefit her individual buyers and sellers. Her full-service approach, strategic marketing and intelligent pricing, coupled with her designation as an ASP Home Staging Specialist, ensures that every property she represents for sale is optimally showcased to command the most attention and highest price.

An Upper East Side resident for 15 years, Lori was born in NJ and raised in CT. She and her husband have three grown children, three grandchildren and a pair of cats named Nick and Nora (after Nick and Nora Charles, The Thin Man). They're known for throwing Martini parties, and love cooking/entertaining. The couple also avidly collects antiques/nostalgia such as vintage radios, character watches, hood ornaments, NYC books and sheet music, vintage games from the turn of the century and Edison records. They own a Victorian cottage on the Jersey shore and a vintage 1958 Metropolitan with the license plate, SOCUTE. Personally, Lori loves decorating, antiquing, vintage auto shows, movies, the opera and the NY Philharmonic.
