ACCOUNT BEGINNINGS

I’ve always enjoyed food and travel photography, so Instagram was a great way to discover new places and experiences. I took the account public just for fun and didn’t expect to meet some of my closest friends through this online community. It’s definitely evolved from what used to be food-focused into broader, more curated lifestyle content including interiors, home decor, NYC living, and the occasional fashion and beauty.

FAVORITE SPOTS TO PHOTOGRAPH IN NYC:

 Greenwich Village, Lower East Side, and Brooklyn Heights (excited to be moving there soon!).

AILEEN LOVES NYC BECAUSE:

It’s the best place to discover and reinvent yourself. Not having to drive is a bonus!

DREAM CITY OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK:

My dream city keeps changing over time — five years ago I would have easily said London, but lately I’ve been thinking about Los Angeles. Ask me again in 2024.
