New Yorkers who earn 130% of the annual median income — ranging between $73,920 and $172,120, depending on the apartment size and the number of people in the household — may qualify for the studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. See details in the chart below.
All 141 lottery units are in the PLG building at 123 Linden Boulevard, a brand-new 26-story tower near Prospect Park, between Bedford and Rogers Avenues, with a total of 467 rental units. Building features include a doorman, bike room, children’s playroom, roof deck, gym, swimming pools and more.

Market-rate apartments in the building include a 3-bedroom/2-bath for $4,841, a 2-bedroom/2-bath for $3,671, a 1-bedroom/1-bath for $3,129, and a studio for $2,437.
