Apparently Bruce and family aren’t using their Central Park West co-op much. Don’t ask us why.

Well, that was fast. Bruce Willis, star of the “Die Hard” series, already has a contract on the Upper West Side co-op he listed for sale last week, according to Curbed.

Willis and wife Emma Heming-Willis purchased the 6,000-square-foot apartment at 271 Central Park West in 2015 for $16.995 million, buying the apartment from Milwaukee Bucks basketball team owner Wesley Edens and his wife Lynn Edens. The longtime (if only part-time) NYC resident decided to list his place for sale for $17.75 million, apparently just enough to clear commission. The final sold price will not be known until closing, but the quick disappearance suggests someone found good value in this gorgeous home.

Willis told the Wall Street Journal that it was time to scale back — apparently his family was not using the third- and fourth-floor duplex in this 1913 building. A big fan of Upper West Side prewar buildings, Willis also owned an apartment at the San Remo, which his ex-wife Demi Moore recently sold, and one at the El Dorado, where he and Emma Heming kept an apartment before their family grew by two kids.

In 2014, Willis and family bought a sprawling home in Bedford, NY — a Westchester County enclave with views of the Hudson. So they still have a place within driving distance of the city. However, the last time Willis went without a NYC apartment, he came roaring back months later to buy this huge place at 271 Central Park West. So it’s a little hard to imagine that Willis will never buy again in the UWS or NYC.

It may be that this co-op is just too big to suit Willis and his family. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, 271 Central Park West is large enough to host all of Willis’ offspring, including his three daughters with Moore. The apartment features a huge eat-in kitchen, library, grand staircase, and a master suite with a steam shower, soaking tub, and Central Park views.
