Just last month, a housing lottery at 12 Ford St. in Crown Heights was announced. And here comes another 10, except this time it’s right next door at 24 Ford St.

This new lottery will offer 10 newly constructed apartments: two studios for $938 a month; three 1-bedrooms for $1,080 and five 2-bedrooms for $1,223. To qualify, applicants must make 60 percent of the area median income. See details below.

Brooklyn architect Charles Mallea is the designer and his firm also designed the apartments at 12 Ford St.

The aesthetic is modern industrial with warehouse-style window panes and concrete stairs. Here is what a market-rate 1-bedroom, which goes for $2,449, looks like:

For an additional fee, amenities available include a gym, lounge, bike room, laundry room and parking.
