Here’s a new East Harlem lottery, this time in a small rental building offering four units via the city’s official housing application.
Located at 245 E. 115th St., the new rental building includes four 1-bedroom apartments slated for tenants earning 130 percent of the area median income. That range includes single persons earning between $77,829 and $86,840, and two-person households making between $77,829 and $99,320. Rents for the four apartments will run $2,270 per month, as shown in the chart below.
The building includes onsite laundry, a recreation room, and bike storage.
