I am truly thankful to a lot of bears here, particulary ar, though I am not one (-Let me prove it,I am buying-), because they helped me counterbalance the broker bullshit I was exposed to.
I am against people like nycsouth eager to oust a guy who commit a RE misdemeanor. You give a person the possibility of explaining before stating his name publicly. It just doesn't feel right.
I am a die hard SE fan. It made me RE smarter, more knowledgeable, and made me feel less lonely in my property search. I love the sudden bursts of creativity (skinny yesterday, falco's prose poems, west67th, alanhart and his subtle irony)

all costs are built into every transaction. For a landlord...mortgage (if any), RE taxes, electricity, water, sewer, refuse collection, maybe even brokers commission..Landlord simply tries to maximize rate of return beyond. Nothing more, nothing less.
