Any 125 N.10th dwellers out there? I am seriously considering purchasing one of the few remaining apartments in the South building and have enjoyed reading your many helpful comments. Just wondering if anyone would like to make some candid comments about actually living in this building, ena,shamwow etc. are you still out there? Not sure if buyers would still be monitoring this thread. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!
