Inflector panels window treatment -- any experience?

http://www.inflectorpanel.net/about.html These make some pretty impressive claims. Havent priced them yet, but curious if someone has tried them: 1. are they ugly? 2. Do they seem to be effective? 3. which kind did you get -- panels, roller shades or some other set up, and why 4. Any local distributors and reasons to choose one over the other Will be happy to summarize at the end of the discussion
