I have been told that the Co op Management, or perhaps the Board, at 180 West End Av assesses a one time fee of 1 month maintenance, payable at closing, on all incoming new co op owners. I have also been told the fee is one month maintenance plus $ 750. Its unclear to me if either of these assertions is true and if so, what the money is for. Anyone with insight please advise. Thanks
