Can you tell me which features should I look for in a prewar apartment when I first view an apartment? Obviously, some people modernize their apartments so it looks like a contemporary apartment in a prewar building. I want to compile a checklist of what features I should be able to identify in an average prewar apartment- ceiling height, window features, types of closets, flooring, size of rooms, etc. Sorry if this question is a little vague, but no detail is too small or unimportant to mention for me.
