Is he wrong? Or at least wrong about Manhattan? http://www.businessweek.com/news/2010-02-27/buffett-says-u-s-housing-market-to-recover-in-year-or-so-.html To be fair, he expects the housing prices to be still low but I guess he expects the decline to stop sometime in 2011 or so (whatever that means)... Hm..
