Any Williamsburg conversions in pipeline?

Over the years, I've missed out a few times on buying into Williamsburg residental loft conversions. I know I've long missed the boat on getting a great deal but i'm committed to the neighborhood and I'm not at all interested in W11 or other new construction in the area. I just don't want to live in one of those glass boxes. My question: Does anybody know if there is any original-shell loft spaces coming up for sale in the next year or two? Are any conversions in the making that will hit the market soon?
