The old police station on 72 Poplar is back up for sale. Looks like the owners will not be heading back to the Landmarks Preservation Commission with updated designs. I believe this building was bought from the city several years back for over 9 million. It is too bad that yet another project in Brooklyn Heights will be in a holding pattern. Any update on the 20 Henry litigation? So many stalled projects. [less]
