Discussion about
I noticed almost all the recent threads are about the health care bill, the economoy, etc. What is going on with the city's real estate market. Is sale volume continuing to increase? Are prices still decreasing? Anyone have any input, based on the discussions I get the feeling that the market is in limbo, waiting for something significant to happen.
