So I have to ask. The broker is clearly trying to hide something(s) by listing this apartment as 4-H instead of 4H. As such, the previous sales price/listing does not show up on Streeteasy automatically.
Well, for starters, the "real" 4H sold for $975,000 on 5/14/2008. It now has an additional half bath, instead of the walk-in closet by the entrance, so we can assume that was added by the seller? It's next to the W/D, so looks like the plumbing was there.
So, what's the broker REALLY trying to disguise here? 18H, also a re-sale, just sold for $998,500...TEN stories higher. So without even factoring in the lost value of those ten stories, he's trying to sell a $200,0000 half-bathroom.
