Does anyone know anything about the large Pre-War building at 56 7th Avenue in Manhattan? It's undergoing a gut renovation and newly renovated apartments are going onto the market little by little according to StreetEasy. I get the sense that the building is very poorly managed and has disgruntled tenants. It may also have a bedbug problem -- http://bedbugregistry.com/location/NY/10011-6607/Manhattan/56-7th-Ave All the rentals are going through terrible CitiHabitats agents. Has anyone had any experiences living there or applying there?
