Appreciate recommendations on architect/contractors for gut reno of a 850 loft. We are looking to redo the bathroom and kitchen, as well as new hardwood floors throughout the unit. Looking for streamlined design. Also, time and cost is a factor. Looking to complete the entire job for under 50K in under 6 weeks. Appreciate any suggestions/referrals!
