Pre-War vs Post-War

I have been told that pre-war apartments are generally more expensive than post-war. All other things being equal, it there a rough % that tends to apply, specifically in small apartment range (Studio/1BR around 650sf). I am trying to get a sense of comps and not sure how to compare what I am seeing. Thanks!
