Breaking a Lease at a Brodsky Building?

Hi! My husband is being transferred and we need to break our lease with a Brodsky building near LIncoln Center. We have a 2 year lease, of which we still have a year and a half on it. We were wondering if anyone had a positive (or negative) experience with breaking a lease with a Brodsky building? We've had a good experience with ours so far, but we are nervous that they won't work with us on this. Thanks so much!
