Best carpet pads?

Calling Kylewest and any other decor experts ... I just bought a lovely but very thin rug and I would like to buy a very high quality/thick carpet pad to go under it. Something thick enough to give that "bounce" when one walks. Does anyone know anything about these - best brands, what to do look for, etc? Thanks!
